While thinkin of a dear friend, I discovered this song tonight and found it too beautiful not to share. Though the pic is a lil newage cheese in aesthetic, I really feel this music as medicine and an owl flyin out of a blast of golden heart wind is effin awesome. From the little amount of '12 I've lived, which has already felt like a month and a day, I've observed a lot of deep pain very up close and personal. My wish is that all the unexpected and inevitable pain passing through our lives this year isn't taken for granted and that we use the fiercest firestorms of pain to burn through our old familiar thoughts of weakness and insecurity. This year, let's build stronger, more expansive structures of beingness, castles and temples that we may graciously move into as the playful kings and queens we were born to be.
